ace365 Terms and Conditions

Please read these rules in full before opening an account or using the ace365 platform. All terms stated here constitute a binding agreement between the user and ace365.

1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service on the ace365 platform. Accessing services through the ace365 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

The ace365 platform is for adults only — that is, users who are 21 years of age or older. Any person under this age is strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating on the platform.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

Continuing to use ace365 means you are confirming your agreement to these Terms with respect to your age, location, and eligibility.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account on ace365:

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Personal information must be accurate and complete — false or misleading information is not acceptable.
  • Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, ace365 reserves the right to close all of them.
  • The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to the user.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ace365 may verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. If verification is not completed satisfactorily, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

Opening an account with false information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) secure. This information must not be shared with any third party.

If there is any concern about unauthorized access to an account, ace365's support team must be notified immediately. ace365 will not be responsible for any transactions that occur during a period when the user failed to report this in time.

  • Change your account password regularly.
  • Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi networks.
  • Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
  • Using an account or funds as collateral is prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

ace365 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Users must only use a payment method registered in their own name.

Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, withdrawals may be suspended until the account is verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ace365 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the method does not match, additional verification may be required.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details). Withdrawals from unverified accounts are not accepted.

4.3 Transaction Records

Transaction records stored in the ace365 system are considered final. In the event of any dispute, ace365's database logs will serve as the authoritative record.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ace365 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a wager of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed first.

For example: if a user deposits ৳1,000, they receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus. Another example: on a deposit of ৳20,200, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳30,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳10,000 × 15 = ৳1,50,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • ace365 reserves the right to change bonus terms — users will be notified before any changes take effect.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The ace365 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Cashback is calculated on net losses for the week at the applicable rate. Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

Bonuses are never direct cash. Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to participation in slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and all other categories on ace365.

6.1 Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If a game is incomplete due to a technical issue, ace365 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the balance.
  • If a technical error occurs in a game result, ace365 will investigate and make a decision — that decision is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • If a match is cancelled or suspended after an event has started, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to ace365's established rules.
  • If a match is relocated due to a venue change or weather conditions, ace365 will determine the applicability of the bet.
  • Live betting odds change in real time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

ace365 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. In line with the Responsible Gaming guidelines, users can set their own deposit limits, session limits, and take advantage of temporary breaks.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace365 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
  • Strategic betting using bonus funds to guarantee a profit ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage").
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
  • Attempting to collect or hack another user's account information.
  • Unethical, harassing, or abusive behaviour on the platform.
  • Using the service in violation of any applicable law of any country.
  • Using the ace365 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and law enforcement may be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ace365

ace365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly if:

  • Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
  • Inconsistencies are found during the identity verification process.
  • Fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user may contact ace365's support team to close their own account at any time. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any balance for which all wagering requirements have been met.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the ace365 website and app — including logos, graphics, text, design, software code, and audio-visual elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ace365 or the relevant third parties.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ace365. Limited use of content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

10 Limitation of Liability

ace365 strives to maintain the highest technical standards. However, ace365 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or the user's own device.
  • Technical faults from third-party game providers.
  • Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical failures, cyber attacks, or natural disasters.
  • If a user's account credentials are disclosed through their own carelessness.

In any case, ace365's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user involved in the relevant incident.

11 Privacy and Personal Data

With the user's consent, ace365 may use information for the following purposes:

  • Account management and identity verification.
  • Processing financial transactions.
  • Providing relevant promotional information (consent is withdrawable).
  • Providing technical support and customer service.

12 Terms Changes

ace365 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
